What brands do you work with?
We will service any brand of commercial cooler, freezer, ice machine, walk-ins. We have a large inventory of replacement parts for many makes and models.
What brands do you sell most?
We install various brands. When it comes to ice machines, Manitowoc is what we install most. For reach-in refrigerators, we install Atosa primarily. For walk in coolers and freezers - we install a variety of brands based on our customers needs.
What areas do you service?
We offer service in Wayne, Holmes and Tuscarawas county, or anywhere within a one hour area of our location. If you are outside our primary service area, and are interested in requesting installation or service, feel free to call our office at 330-893-2801.
Do you do any residential work?
We are only doing commercial work. We don’t offer any residential services.
Will you be able to fix my refrigeration issue?
All of our techs have undergone general and brand-specific training. All of our techs are EPA certified. We have contacts in many supply houses and manufactures.
Do you also service and install HVAC systems?
Refrigeration 77 doesn’t do work on HVAC systems, but our sister company R. A. Moser offers that service.
How soon can you get to my service call?
We know that for many businesses cooling and refrigeration is mission critical. We’ll prioritize calls where there is significant potential loss. Maintenance requests typically get dealt with in 2-3 days.
What are your rates?
We offer standard and emergency rates depending on your needs. Call our office for more information.
Do you do warranty work on my brand?
We do warranty work for True Manufacturing, Arctic Air, Atosa, Manitowoc, Ice-o-matic.
